As a seasoned corporate sales and marketing professional, I have spent over 30 years in industries that allowed me to build my confidence working with people. I thrive aligning with people with vision, passion, and integrity to be servant leaders. In 2016, I joined and became certified with the John Maxwell Team, a faith-based leadership coaching, speaking, and training organization that helped me define my brand of Everyday Leaders. 2018 After being eliminated at fifty, I established a lane for my personal growth. I started a faith-based business focusing on developing leaders, equipping them through leadership podcasts, professional speaking, writing books, and hosting professional leadership workshops and events. When I began serving others to become better leaders in our community, I knew this was my gift because it was the most fulfilling thing I had ever done, and it came naturally. To help others with their accountability to personal development, I host daily leadership devotionals every morning at 7:30 am on Zoom that began Oct 1, 2019 and have met every day since, in-person monthly networking meetings on the Southside of Indianapolis called Top Floor Women that has become the Premier Southside Women’s Networking Event, we meet the first Wednesday of every month for personal and professional development (we always need speakers); my non-profit, Making Everyday Leaders, Inc., is a 501C3 supports daily leadership development curriculum at Shortridge High School to at-risk High School Girls, and I offer monthly masterminds and workshops on personal growth and development every week to developing professional women. I serve on the Perry Township Religious Education Association Board (PTREA) and lead a women's small group at Emmanuel Church, focusing on empowering their hearts through transition and change.  My mission and heart are to help women who are ready to achieve more become more through improving three areas in their lives: confidence, courage, and consistency, which results in purpose-driven clarity to build better communities. My brand, Everyday Leaders, has become an avenue to grow and serve my community passionately developing leaders. After broadcasting for 6 years, Everyday Leaders Podcast has joined an agreement as a marketing partner with JPtheGeek, an IT Solutions company in Greenwood; Everyday Leaders hosts the Everyday Business Leaders podcast, produced by JoeAkeStudios out of JPtheGeek. Joe is a highly recognized media producer who creates, produces, and teaches media and broadcasting from idea to execution. He is a director and producer for commercial branding media projects with industry leaders in healthcare, nonprofits, finance, media technology, and more.

Joe learned about business, media sales, and marketing while growing up in his father's business, Recommended TV and Appliance. The shop was the leading brand in this industry for "mom-and-pop small businesses" and was open for over 45 years. It created a market space before HH Gregg and others became national brands. The store was located at the corner of Madison Ave and Thompson Rd on the south side of Indianapolis and progressive thinking helped secure a commercial "jingle" made in New York. 

Locally, Joe's team contributes to the community through media broadcasting and community events, including Aspire Johnson County Chamber Coffee Connections and Perry Township Historical Society; a long-time fan and participant of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and back in the day, was a drag racer at IRP and a team member of the Southstars Cycling Club.  Joe loves anything related to bringing clients' stories to life through audio and visual technologies and is currently working on a special project with a TOP SECRET on-site production solution for broadcast streaming for all events.  Stay Tuned and Connected to this passionate media leader and tech mentor. 

​Pete has been fascinated with multimedia production since his family purchased their first home video camera back in 1992. While he pursued education as a career, he almost always has a side business recording bands, shooting wedding and promotional photography/videos, designing websites and helping businesses develop their brands.

In 2012 he launched ASH Interactive full time after careers in both teaching and arts administration. Believing that marketing and multimedia production are both tools for telling stories and educating others, Pete still puts his degrees to great use for a diverse assortment of clients around central Indiana.

When he's not working, Pete enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, being involved at his church, traveling, serving as a board member, seeing as many live concerts as possible, and enjoying nature on foot, down dusty two-tracks, and from the water.
